Ride your way from one tourist mecca to another!

New date! The 2015 100k Flyer will be held on Saturday the 18th of April.

For 2015, the Active Post 100k Flyer will go back in the direction of Taupo to Rotorua. Riders will start in AC Baths Ave, outside the Taupo Events Centre, and head out along Tauhara Street and onto the famous NZ Ironman course. Riders cross State Highway 5 at Tumunui Road and loop through the scenic Waikite Valley Countryside before entering Rotorua and finishing outside the Copthorne Hotel on Fenton Street.

What a fantastic achievement to cycle 100 K on this course through some of the most scenic countryside in NZ from one tourist Mecca to another, Taupo to Rotorua. Cyclists of all ability levels can tackle the 100 K course as a solo, on a tandem or in a relay team of two.

A great way to spend a weekend, with thousands of other riders! There are plenty of spot prizes and giveaways up for grabs. Prize-giving will be held at 3.30pm at the Copthorne Hotel, Fenton Street Rotorua. This event is open to anyone and everyone with a bike!
