Late 905's breifing

Howdy All

Here's the plan for the 905's for Sunday the 26th July...

I'm without a road bike until I can sort out a new one - after I discovered a rather large crack in the frame on my old raleigh.  So I'll be with the 905's on my mountainbike for the next wee while.

I thought that since things are going along so nicely and that everyone seems to be coping with the distance without any problems - that it was about time to make it a little harder.

So we'll head for the hills to see how we fare.

The route will take us on our normal loop around Raumati Sth and up to North Beach - and then over into Waikanae at Otaihanga.  Then we'll head straight up to the lights and onto Akatarawa road - and up to Reikiorangi - where well head up to the end of Mangone Sth road.  Then after a breather there - well head straight back home.

Comes in at exactly 60km and offers a good intro into the hills.

You can see the route on the following link...

As we have for the last couple of weeks - the focus will be on getting the rotation going in the group.

Go the All Blacks - & go Lance Armstrong!

Cheers

Adrian.
