Committee meetings are generally held on the first Monday of every month at the house of one of the committee members.  Everyone is welcome to have a say - either come along or contact any of the committee members below to have them table any items.

If you wish to raise anything at a committee meeting it needs to be submitted to the secretary by the Friday before the meeting. This is not so they can vet anything, but so we can have an accurate agenda to help us keep to the limited time we have available.
