Just a reminder the there are only 12 days till the inaugural Kapiti Cycle Challenge. 

You can register on the day but you can save yourself 10 bucks and register online.

I'm told there have been a few enquiries from people worried about the time restrictions.  But it works out to be a 19.5km/hr average to beat the time restrictions - which is not too strenuous.

If you are not riding - they are still looking for a few volunteers.  Free t-shirt, a feed and $50 donation for the club for everyone that volunteers.
