Just thought you would all like to know that there is a new Bike Shop opening in Raumati this weekend. It is on Margaret Road and will be obvious as there will be bikes in the shop and a sign outside.

It is called "Biking Mad" and will be officially opened at 9am on Saturday 31st January by Jan Nesbit (who some of you will know). The owner and mechanic is Andrew Mitchell - ex "on yer Bike" and more recently of Cycletech on Milne Drive. Andrew has looked after my family and my bikes since I moved to the coast four years ago and I have found him to be a great mechanic and a really nice young man. I am aware that some of you will know him as he already does your servicing and repairs so you will know of his excellent reputation.

I am sure he would be pleased if some of you would like to turn up for the opening and give him some support. There is also a draw to win a free bike. I have no idea what it is but free is always good. There will also be fome food and drink.
