Introducing ‘The Pyscho Cyclist'

Kapiti Cycling is pleased to introduce the almost-greatest-cyclist-to-have-ever-lived, and almost five-time winner of the Tour de France (or in Deverek's case the all to frequent Tour de Farce).

So welcome all to the bizarre and somewhat reprehensible world of Deverek Smittle, and we apologize (in advance) for his views of the world and cutting comments of others (far more talented than Deverek ever was).  Deverek - we warn you - is a try hard, who thinks he's funny - but in amongst his nonsense he stumbles upon the odd insight indicative of a life of struggle and poor judgement.
